In the event of a failure within 1 year of purchase, if the machine is returned to me,
it will either be repaired, replaced, or cost of machine refunded, all within 24 hours.

Should you prefer to to have any necessary repairs carried out in your own home, in
central Fareham & Gosport areas, there is no charge for this during the warranty period.
Outside these areas there would be a small mileage charge, currently £15 for
Porchester / Warsash.This service is available, time permitting, and is not guaranteed
always to be an option . A replacement machine will be of equal or higher specification,
ie, the same model or newer, the same capacity or larger, the same spin speed or faster.

The only exceptions to the above warranty are:

If I am on holiday you will have to await my return for me to action the above. Cosmetic
& consequential damage are not covered. Machines not used as domestic washing
machines. Incorrect operation or connection. Foriegn objects damaging / jamming pumps
or drums. Delivery charges are non-refundable. Although, every effort will be made to
assist where practicable, no warranty is given or implied, after 12 months from the
original purchase date.

All machines are sold with the original users manual included.

Deposits of 20% secure a machine for 30 days and are not returnable.

RDP is an Environment Agency licensed recycler.
